The two low-rise developments will both be Downtown. One (11th Street Lofts) five blocks from streamline on 11th Street, just a 1/2 block off Fremont Street, with 30 units, and the other (Fremont Street Lofts) seven blocks further east in a now undesirable area, with 71 units.
